Losing Sight of the Shore
A memoir by Rosa Linda Román
From New Mexicast to New Mexi-Castaways…
After decades of sharing other people’s stories as a television news reporter, anchor, filmmaker and podcaster, Emmy-nominated, William Randolph Hearst award-winning broadcast journalist, Rosa Linda Román now shares her own family’s story in her memoir.
In 2016, Rosa Linda left her landlocked life in New Mexico to move onto the sailing catamaran, s/v Dawn Treader. Together with her husband, their 3 kids and a German Shepherd, she spent 2 years living, learning and exploring on this boat.
Rosa Linda is delighted to announce the completion of her memoir about these adventures, Losing Sight of the Shore, which is scheduled to be published this summer (2022)! You are invited to be among the first notified of the book’s release by signing up below.
